Rossignol Snowboard Bindings

The Rossignol HC4000 Snowboard Binding is being hailed as the ultimate weapon on the market. More than a HC4000, this binding is a mix of all Rossignol's new latest innovated technology. Rossignol has upgraded this binding in comfort and reactivity, thanks to the new Auto Dual Back. Adjustments on the Rossignol snowboard binding are tool free so you can make tweaks on the fly.

The Rossignol snowboard bindings are however not recommended for the beginning shredder. They are getting great reviews from the intermediate to advanced carving and shredding crowd though.

Just like with any other binding the Rossignol snowboard bindings have their pros and con's. Here's what the riders have to say, the good and bad:

Pros: Good Interface, Installs Easily, Great Construction, Adjustable Cons: Heavy Best Uses: Park, Downhill Sizing/Fit feedback: Feels true to size, Feels true to width

"Nice and stiff bindings really give you a feel for the snow. The board flies from edge to edge, and the straps are the most comfortable I've ever ridden. Nice and wide, and plenty of padding for comfort. I'd recommend the bindings to anyone who wants to ride everything, from park, to slopes, to trees. If you're just into park or pipe, I'd look for more flexible and lighter bindings, but other than that you can't go wrong."

Pros: Installs Easily, Adjustable, Great Construction, Good Interface Best Uses: Racing, Downhill

"My experience with this is mixed. It's a good binding, but it's not THAT good. There is an adjustable highback on it, and on the first day the lever fell off, lost in the Minnesota machine-snow. It has some nice red paint throughout it, but is easily being chipped off on the highbacks. There is an adjustable footplate (or Gas pedal) that also let me down because its connections to the bindings broke off. The reason I still feel positive about this binding is:

1.) The customer service provided with it from Rossignol; all the items were replaced with a phone call and virtually no questions asked

2.) Good Price

3.) Its got some great adjustments on it, comforting my size 12 massive foot. It's heavy as well, but that can mean different things."

Seems the reviews are mixed for these Rossignol snowboard bindings, but the bottom line is that riders seem to have overall positive feedback.
